1) Purpose and scope of application
These terms and conditions govern online sales of physical products offered on the dumplingsandmore.fr website (in particular posters and stationery products). They apply to all orders placed by consumers.

3) Products
The essential characteristics of the products are indicated on each item sheet (sizes, materials, etc.). The offer may evolve (addition of other physical goods).
4) Prices and charges
Prices in euros are displayed on each product. Delivery costs (France and international) are calculated in the basket according to the address and delivery method chosen.
5) Delivery
Preparation/shipping: within 3 working days (excluding pre-orders or shortages).
Delivery: indicative delivery times according to the chosen option (locker, relay or home). We do not offer 24-hour express delivery.
Transfer of risk: unless you choose your own carrier (different from those offered by Dumplings & More), the risk of loss or damage is transferred upon delivery, when the customer takes physical possession of the goods.
Damaged/missing parcel on delivery
If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible (photos of the parcel and the product if possible). We will process the claim and implement the appropriate solution at no cost to you (replacement or refund). You will not be returned to the carrier, unless you have expressly chosen your own carrier.
6) Right of withdrawal (online purchases)
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by e-mail to dumplingsandmore365@gmail.com

Return shipping costs: at customer’s expense.
Refund: within 14 days of notification of withdrawal; we may defer this until we have received the goods or proof of dispatch. Initial “standard” delivery charges are reimbursed; the additional costs of a more expensive method chosen by the customer are not.
(The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, in particular “clearly personalized” goods. If such products are offered in the future, the corresponding mention will be added).
7) Legal warranties
Legal warranty of conformity (2 years): in the event of a lack of conformity, you have the right to be brought into conformity, replaced or reimbursed, free of charge.

8) Consumer mediation
If your complaint is unsuccessful, you can have free recourse to a consumer mediator.
