These general terms and conditions govern online sales of physical products offered on the dumplingsandmore.fr website (in particular posters and stationery products). They apply to any order placed by a consumer.

3) Products
The essential characteristics of the products are indicated on each item sheet (formats, materials, etc.). The offer may change (addition of other physical goods).
4) Prices and charges
Prices in euros are displayed on each product. Delivery costs (France and international) are calculated in the shopping cart according to the address and the method chosen.
5) Delivery
Preparation/shipping: within 3 working days (excluding pre-orders or shortages).
Routing: indicative delivery times from the carrier depending on the option chosen (locker, relay or home). No 24-hour express delivery offered.
Transfer of Risk: Unless you choose your own carrier (different from those offered by Dumplings & More), the risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery, upon physical possession of the goods by the customer.
Damaged / missing package on delivery
If a package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us quickly (photos of the package and the product if possible). We process the claim and implement the appropriate solution at no cost to you (replacement or refund). You are not referred to the carrier unless you have expressly chosen your own carrier.
6) Right of withdrawal (online purchases)
You have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by e-mail to dumplingsandmore365@gmail.com

Return shipping costs: at the customer’s expense.
Refund: within 14 days of notification of withdrawal; We may defer until we collect the goods or receive proof of postage. The initial “standard” delivery costs are refunded; the additional costs of a more expensive mode chosen by the customer are not.
(The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, in particular “clearly personalised”. If such products are offered in the future, the corresponding mention will be added.)
7) Legal Warranties
Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years): in the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to compliance, replacement or refund, free of charge.
