Cabbage, chili, garlic, ginger: kimchi is born from a handful of ingredients that fermentation transforms, over the days, into a living condiment at the heart of the Korean table. This bookmark follows this transition from raw vegetables to sealed jars, in a spirit that is as tasty as it is documentary.

The result of the collaboration between Clémentine Leoni and Dumplings & More, the illustration is drawn in Indian ink, colored with acrylic, then digitized in high definition to restore the grain and precision of the line.

Printed in offset on 350 g/m² recycled paper (21 × 4.5 cm format), it is made in France by a printer with the Green-R label (ID2103) and Imprim’Vert.

A reading companion to take everywhere, a small piece of art slipped through the pages.
